The easiest way is to link it off a web site. For example, go to:
http://sports.yahoo.com/oly/basketball/photo?slug=reuters-alleniversoncaptainofthe&prov=Reuters
then Right-Click the image, and select Properties. Look for the Address (URL): Select the text beside it, copy and paste the Address (URL) into the forum message:
| Code: | [Img]http://us.news1.yimg.com/us.yimg.com/p/rids/20040819/i/r3642558173.jpg[/img]
* Make sure it's in between [Img] and [/Img] tags!

It should show up like this:
If you have the pictures saved on your computer, then you'll have to upload it somewhere (eg. your personal web site) and link it off there. Actually, I'm hoping to make it a lot easier by allowing members to upload directly to this site through a new photo gallery. That should come soon  , in the meantime you can share your favorite pics on this forum like I showed above. Have Fun!

You gotta put it between the [Img] and [/Img] for the photo to show up
