heh, letme break it down in terms of "skill":

[note: this does NOT go completly on stats]

ball handling: iverson (no doubt, kobe wouldnt even rank below 50th in the league here)

offense: iverson. you could say kobe has shaq on his team, but hey iverson doesnt shoot that much more than kobe. iverson definatly!

defense:iverson leads the league in steals. kobe does....nuthing (lol@bibby dominating kobe)

rebounding:even know kobe only averages 1 or 2 rebounds more than allen, (and stands 6ft7)ill say kobe cause i feel bad for him losing right now.....

whatelse...

passing:iverson easily.just no question here.

shot blocking:similar to rebounds, kobe.

shooting:iverson. FG% means nuthing, allen is clearly the better shooter.

other stuff...

speed/quickness: iverson...duh!

better athlete: iverson. kobe is slow, cant handle the ball and has no hops.

better leader: duh again, iverson. whos on the philly squad again?lol

this is of course IMO but lookin at it from this point of view...iverson takes the cake.

IVERSON is the BEST. he will always be over kobe. I aint hatin on kobe, hes a good player and all, but iverson is better. The lakers can do without kobe. They dont really need him as long as they got shaq and horry to shoot them lucky shots at the buzzer which i hate him for. I cant stand the lakers and i cant stand kobe bryant. iverson could take him anyday. the sixers need him, they cannot do without him. All iverson need is a championship ring and every thing will be cool. and kobe wouldnt be gettin another one if they wouldnt have cheated against the kings. but, iverson is just a better player than kobe and he always will be.

A.I of course!And About wut KB8 said, Iverson is shorter but that shows how much skill he has. it ain't easy for a short person to get to the NBA. That shows how much talent he got.
