I think it would be good if Allen started a program or a camp like Camp Mariah for kids to go to and interact with him. To learn the foundation or fundamentals of basketball. It would be good for kids who love basketball but who can't afford to sign up or participate in the basketball games for the city.  La'Toya Deckard |

That would be a good idea.
Allen does do a lot of nice charity work though, through his Crossover Promotions foundation. The proceeds from his celebrity classis softball/b-ball games each summer go to help the Boys and Girls club in his hometown.
He made an appearance not to long ago at an elementary school where we was reading books to the children. |
