ill give you one;
real simple but still some show to it.
i prefer to do this on the right side of the court, outside the 3pt line, 1on1 with your defender of course... setup, start with the ball in your left hand/ throw it between your right leg, back and forward to your left hand. head/shoulder fake (faking to shoot the ball) if your defender bites and moves forward, quickly throw it between his legs with your left hand, picking the dribble back up with your right... jumper or head to the hoop, ha.
another move that works real well is iverson's spin move off the old reebok ad. you know that one? |
