I know Allen will never read this, but since I don't know his cell # here's my post on AI. Being 40yrs old, I've gone through the thrills of championships in Philly and many disappointments as well over the years.
If I had 10 seconds to represent my city to express to this man how we feel about him, I would tell him thanks for the heart that he always gave to the game and we will always love and respect him for how hit the paint come game time. I can't count how many times I got goosebumps from AI's performances. From opening day to the end of the year, he was playing like it was a championship game every night. No one plays as hard as Iverson. I wish he would have gotten a championship in Philly, more for him than for our city. AI your fans will surely miss you around here. You are a true class person in how you handled all this media hype and you are also among basketball's finest in the history of the game. Good luck in Denver hope the fans there will appreciate you as we did.

phillysportsfan....nice post! Totally agree, you gotta give respect where it's due. AI gave Philly a shot in 2000-2001...now I think Philly's gonna rebuild and hopefully they get Greg Oden and the group of young guys wil be contenders in the future. Cheers
