does anyone know how AI got his speed and quickness.
cuz i love iverson to death but don´t know alot about him
im 5"11 and im trying to get as quick as AI so any ideas would be nice |

to be honest i think it's just natural for allen but just keep practicing the more you aim for speed and quickness it will come eventually

| well im not really sure how u can improve, i wonder how fast he can ruun the length of the basketball court,, i run it in 3.9 seconds..... im like the fastest in the league!! but i wanna be faster,,, so anyone know how fast he runns it? |

| idk hes pretty quick so im guessing its mostly natural. i just jump rope cuz i think it helps a little. |

| Yeah running is mostly natural. To improve on that, I would think running more on a daily basis. |
