I think Phil Jackson is the most talented and one of the best coaches there is. I totally respect him. Here is a man who knows so damn much about basketball and so many techniques. Ever wonder why he's got 8 Championship Rigns and probably on the way to 9? He's not sitting there just watching, everything the Lakers are doing, he told them to do and taught them. He's just a coach who likes keeping his cool. He knows when to take timeouts, if LA's in trouble for a bit, notice how he doesn't call time immediately, he sees if theyre going to respond to their poor playing. When it gets real bad and ugly, that's when he wants the time. And thats when he starts tlaking to them agressively adn crap. Not like other coaches who are always so damn picky and freak out when their players do one thing wrong and yell at the refs and out on the court. I have got so much respect for Phil and he gets deserves everything he gets paid and all those Rings. He leads players to what some call their ultimate goal and I think that's why all the players like him so much.

I think Phill got 8 championship rings because he always coach teams with players that are already talented.

He do yell at his players he yelled at Fisher in the last game of the Sacramento lakers serious when Bibby hit that wide open shot.

I am not hatin on Phil but I would like to see him make the Bulls a championship team again or Golden State.

My point exactly. Phil aint do nothin for nobody. He never took a player and made him into an All-Star. Kobe was good when he came and so was Jordan. Phil gets credit for being a good coach when he hasn't taken on a real challenge. I wanna see him make Chicago or Golden State into a good play-off team.
Just like that coach Aubach(how eva ya spell it)said Phil hasn't proven himself to be a great coach worthy of 9 chamionship rings. Oh and KB8.. Who asked You?
