the first call i think was a lane violation against gary, and then as ai was 'bout to shoot the FT, gary was still talking (may be trash) and somehow (as shown in the cam) ai responded a lil bit and look at crawford.
and after he shot the ball, gary step on the 3pt lane (as shown in the cam) and the 2nd call came by crawford and he was ejected.
and then, jackson confront crawford for that, and crawford said "he heard gary saying somthing to the other ref, and so he said "I had to protect my teammates" (this was the time he ejected payton)
