Rap Album Delayed
June 28 -
Iverson's rap album has been delayed. Universal Records has
pushed the release date of Iverson's debut album to late this year
or early next year because he hasn't finished recording all the
songs. The delay has nothing to do with Iverson changing some of
the lyrics, one of the sources said. Maurice Cheeks is leaving the
Sixers for Portland. Iverson is rumored to get married on July 2nd.

Thanks Allen, For The Dream
June 15 -
The Sixers, on the edge of the cliff, faced their elimination
game today. It was their final game in the City of Brotherly Love
and it was either win, go off to summer vacation. The Sixers seemed
alive in the first quarter leading by 3. But, the Lakers were too
dominating with Shaq. Geiger fouled out, then Mutombo. Iverson played
with bruised ribs when he collided with Kobe during the game. But,
he played with all the heart he had left in him, scoring 37 points
of 14-for-32 shooting. The Sixers went as far as they could on heart
and determination. In the end, they were overmatched by the Lakers.

Still No Answer
June 13- Facing
adversity once again in a must-win situation, the Sixers still found
no answer to the dominating Lakers. The NBA's MVP and scoring champion
scored 35 points on 12-of-30 shooting and the Philadelphia
76ers lost 100-86 to the Los Angeles Lakers in Game 4 of the
NBA Finals. Despite being down 3-1, I still believe the Sixers will
win. They got too much heart to give up. They will win Game 5.
Sixers Fall Short
June 10- Sixers
could not win on their homecourt today has they fall
short 96 to 91. Iverson scored 35, but it wasn't enough has
the Lakers kept their poise till the final minutes of the game.
Game 4 is on Wednesday.
No Answer For Game 2
June 8 - Sixers
could not repeat their Game 1 performance as Lakers face their first
must-win situation. Iverson scored only 23 and was 0 for 4 from
the free throw line. He went to the line especially rarely, despite
shooting 29. However, Sixers never gave up even with a tough run
by the Lakers. At the end of the fourth, Allen was firing up his
team, but Kobe started to trash talk. They both exchanged words
as they were separated by the refs. The next three games will be
in Philly. Next game on Sunday.
Happy Birthday, Allen
June 7- Allen
turns 26 today. It took him 5 years to get to the NBA finals. Now
that he's here, he's going all the way for the championship. Good
luck! We know you'll get your birthday present.
Overtime Stunner, Sixers Win
June 6 - Nobody
believed anybody could stop the Lakers. The fans chanted "sweep"
before the game. Vegas had Sixers 1-6 odds. But the Sixers showed
no fear, only heart. Iverson exploded the first half with a phenomenal
30 points to give the sixers a double digit lead. Lakers came back
in the second half, slowing Iverson down with a quick (G)Lue. The
game is taken to overtime, where AI rises above the ocassion and
drops a big 3 to seal the deal. Iverson lead all scorers with 48
as the Sixers
derail the Lakers 107-101. Game 2 is Friday night.
Sixers Are Going To Hollywood
June 3 -In
the most important game in Iverson's career, he showed once again
why he's the league's MVP. The Sixers played phenomenal, receiving
help from Mutombo (23 points, 19 rebounds and 7 blocks) and Raja
Bell (10 points in the second quarter). Iverson was back to his
old self again scoring 44 as the Sixers
clinch East Finals 108-91. Iverson and Sixers will be going
to Hollywood to face the World Champion Lakers on Wednesday.
Cheap Shot
June 2
- As the series continued, I began really resenting the Bucks. They
constantly whine about something, whether it's the calls, or Philly's
defense. The never seem to admit a loss, it's always "We knew
we could've beat them" bullshit. Iverson has taken a lot of
crap from Milwaukee: from the vicious elbow he took from Ray Allen
to this, Scott Williams deliberate flagrant looking to injure. Here's
a video from last night's game where big bad Scott elbows Iverson
in the throat. 948k

We Still Got Heart
June 1
- It was the survival game for the Bucks, and the Sixers just couldn't
match their intensity tonight. Ray Allen threw treys like crazy
connecting 9 of 13. Allen got socked hard by Scott Williams, but
luckily he was okay. Down by 30, Iverson went mad in the 4th scoring
26 in one quarter! His fiery was incredible, but the Bucks answered
as Sixers couldn't pull it within single digits. Sixers lose to
Bucks 110-100. The decisive game 7 will be on Sunday. God Bless
the Sixers!
